Virgilio Muñoz was awarded the title of Meilleur Ouvrier de France (Best French Craftsman) in 1986 in the collector's knife category. Each one of his knives are custom-made to order. Mr. Rambaud will be competing for the Best French Craftsman ( collectors knife category ) in 2015 and is regarded by most as France's best cutler. Stephane was born in Lyon. France in 1968 and as been working at the Forge de Laguiole since 2005.
